FAQ11
Q. We haven’t got locates, but we have reviewed the as-built drawings and the locations we want to drill are free of any utilities; can we drill?
A. No – As-built drawings can be very useful in assisting a locator, but often as-built is not actually as-built. Proper utility locates must be completed regardless of drawings.
