Q. We know there are no utilities in the location where we are going to drill, and the locator is coming later today, so that should satisfy the legal stuff; can we start drilling now?
A. Do we have to provide an answer to this question? Hopefully by now, the answer is self evident. Well, we should answer it anyway…..NO !!
